Conversion of former public toilets

Residents of Marlborough will remember this unremarkable building that became disused due to Wiltshire Council cut-backs. Plum Houses saw an opportunity to create a bijou town residence and commissioned us to realise the project. Working with a tightly constrained site we were able to create a 2-bed house with attic floor living space overlooking Marlborough’s historic roofscape.
