We were delighted to work with Michelin-starred chef John Campbell to overhaul and extend his cookery school at The Woodspeen restaurant. Opened in 2014 the success of his first venture identified the need for more space as well as a complete re-fit of the original. With the restaurant’s market garden just outside, pupils are able to cook using the freshest of ingredients and learn from one of the industry’s finest
We were asked to assess the feasibility of adding an indoor swimming pool and spa to this boutique hotel in the Cotswolds. The existing hotel is built around a grade II listed house. Our concept design would add a barn-style building to the side of the new part of the hotel in an area currently occupied by a car park.
