This semi-detached Oxford townhouse was built in 1877. Since then it has had a number of additions and alterations, although none that have really made a positive contribution to its history. Our proposals for full refurbishment and ground floor extension have added a real sense of modern style to the house, and introduced a strong connection to the garden.
